Antídoto
A large company, a leader in interactive technology and gamification for events, with major brands as clients. The site had everything it needed to bring in new clients, but poor performance and badly configured SEO were holding that back.
The starting point
Antídoto creates interactive presentations, games and custom projects for events, trade shows and launches, and serves large brands. The Webflow site reflected that portfolio but didn't deliver what it should: it loaded slowly and, although it had SEO, the configuration was wrong in important places. Given the size of the company and the demand in its market, the site could generate far more leads. In practice, poor performance and low visibility meant few new clients were coming through it.
What we applied
- A complete diagnosis across the 4 layers, to separate what was holding back performance from what was holding back search
- Performance optimization: lighter loading, with media and scripts handled so the page opens fast, including on mobile
- SEO configuration review: titles, descriptions, indexing and page structure set right
- Organization of product and case pages so each solution answers the right searches
- A clearer path to contact, turning visits into quote requests
Approach
The problem wasn't a lack of content or brand: it was the technical foundation keeping a good site from being found and used. Instead of starting from scratch, the fixes were made on the existing site, in the order of the UNDERNEATH method — unlocking performance and technical configuration first, then the relevance of each page.
