La Morocha Tattoo

A studio that already had a website, but no results from search. With the business shifting its focus to laser tattoo removal and depigmentation, the decision was to keep the old site live and launch a new one, under the same name, with a structure designed only for the new service.

The starting point

The previous site was live but didn't bring in contacts from search. At the same time, the business changed focus: the studio began concentrating on laser tattoo removal, permanent makeup removal and lightening for cover-ups in São Paulo, with service in Portuguese and Spanish. Adapting the old site would have meant competing for 2 different search intents within the same structure.

What we applied

  • Architecture organized around the new focus, with each treatment highlighted and a call to book an assessment
  • Title and description designed for local search: laser tattoo removal in São Paulo
  • Structured data for the studio, its services and its frequently asked questions
  • Trust signals on the page itself: real treatment progress, reviews and the process explained step by step
  • A clear path to action: an individual assessment as the next step in every section

Approach

Instead of reworking a foundation that didn't match the new intent, the new site was built from scratch with the 4 layers in the right order, following the UNDERNEATH method. The old site stays live under the same name, and the new one is focused on people looking to remove or lighten pigment. It is already live at remocao.lamorochatattoo.com ↗.
