The starting point
No previous site, no indexing history and no technical debt to fix. The challenge here wasn't diagnosing a problem but preventing one: applying the 4 layers — findability, relevance, trust and action — from the first published page, focused on attracting corporate and school uniforms, the business's priority segment.
